So I am belatedly realizing that it would be a lot easier to track wordcount for WIPs if I weren't continuously writing in the same document... after the month ended... oops. The numbers are therefore somewhat roughed in for February, but oh well. The really annoying part is that the end of February was such a clusterfuck due to Fake Life (work) bullshit that I *thought* I would have a pretty good improvement on word count this time around, but actually most of that work was done in early March. OTL

March really should be better though, hooray...

I'm really trying to develop better habits around writing instead of just daydreaming fun scenarios and sharing them with no one, so I think I'm going to take a leaf out of Askerian's book and start tracking word count and what I've been working on, specifically. I tend to get blind to progress I've made and feeling discouraged makes it even harder to actually get anywhere, so. We'll give this a try and see if it helps! Gonna do stat roundups for the previous month on the 17th of the following month, because realistically speaking my busy cycles at work are going to make trying to do this earlier in a calendar month a lot less likely.
